Currently, my research interests are understanding how different mixing processes affect the transport of heat and salt, and how does it modified water. Also, what consequences do mixing has in the surrounding environment. For example in river plumes, how does entrainment force circulation of the surrounding water? Specifically, I have investigated process as double diffusion present in ocean fronts, arrested topographic wave resulting for entrainment into a freshwater source, and isopycnal transport of heat and sal from ubmesoscale process.
